Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurora Racing Parts, a manufacturer of premium performance motorcycle parts. We take pride in the quality and precision of our products. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

All original hardware must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

If product is damaged in installation, in use or in some other context, we determine in case by case basis if the use of the product was within the parameters of intended use that it should withstand. We offer 12 month warranty for all products, which will be voided or partially voided if the use that led to the product being broken wasn't within our standards of intended use. 

Broken products will be in almost all contexts replaced not refunded.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our Customer Service team via email at Support@AuroraRacingParts.com with your order number, reason for return and if product has been broken, pictures of broken product should be included.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If the product shows signs of use, installation, or modification, a restocking fee (up to 20%) may apply, or the return may be denied.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following the process above.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion after verifying the issue.

6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
