Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurora Racing Parts. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping Method, Estimated Delivery Time and Availability:


Finnish orders: Standard Shipping, 2–5 business days

European orders: Priority Shipping, 5–12 business days

International Shipping: Priority Shipping, 9–24 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions these will be clearly indicated on our website and promotional materials.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

You can track your order at any time using the link provided in shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses unless otherwise stated.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges imposed during importation.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Include your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods in case a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
